1936 US Christmas Seals, Five Dollar "Health Bond", Double-Barred Cross

This lot consists of a
1936 National Tuberculosis Association US Christmas Seals, Five Dollar "Health Bond", featuring the Double-Barred Cross of Lorraine, the "subscription of Five Dollars", the printed image of the 1936 stamp on the outside, and the ten coupons.
They were sent out to donors folded in three like stock certificates.
I confess that I am hopelessly in love with these, and how very clever their concept and design.    in 1936 is like 0 today, and that would have been a lot of money in the depression years...
This stuff is just wonderfully interesting and hopefully will find a home in a specialized collection.
Condition is lovely VG, due to having been folded when issued, but totally ex-nr-mint otherwise and great collectible fun.
