Grommet tabs are very easy to install and can be attached to the corners of the Tyvek sheet.  Also these tabs have a very strong commercial grade adhesive that sticks on both sides of the sheet.  Once you attach the tabs, they do not come off.  They come in a package of 4 tabs and 4 cords and ready to attach. Best of all, No tools are required.
