    They have been
    professionally rebuilt
    , cleaned, and have upgraded backlighting with oem
    bulbs
    If you have a climate control unit (a core) to send in, I can offer a
    5 refund
    (for unrepaired and cosmetically sound units, refund is less if there is damage or previous repairs to the unit). Core must be rebuildable in order to receive full refund.
    Partial refunds will be issued on cores returned with damage beyond repair due to water, prior repair attempts, or major physical damage to the control and buttons.  A return shipping label will be included for return of your core control.
    Please note:  The passenger side knob will not change the display on the screen.  This is normal.
