    Description

The item for sale is a set of three pottery bowls that were made in Japan around 1983.  The bowls are in two sizes.  Two bowls are 5 3/8" and one is 4 1/2".  They could be used for snacks for two and a dip.  The interior decoration is cobalt blue floral swirl patterns under a transparent glaze.  The exterior is a brilliant iron red.  The bottom has a calligraphic maker's mark  along with a Mann sticker.  I believe Mann was a Japanese exporting company that exported wares to the West from a variety of manufacturers. The bowls were previously owned.  The condition is essentially as made.  There are no signs of use including wear, utensil marks, chips and cracks.
