    Description

    Beautiful Morimura, Japan, dessert plate features a handpainted design with gold moriage trim.  The colors are mostly green and beige, with black, light orangy-red and gold accents.  This plate dates from about 1926-1929, after the Nippon era, and well before occupied Japan.  It is extremely delicate, but there are no chips or cracks, and only some minor wear of the gold on the edges.  It is 7-1/4" in diameter.
