Otagiri Hexagon Gold rimmed Black Floral Decorative Collectors Plated Good Condition.  Trim and print are sharp and prominent.  Small surface scratches in a couple of places, but you really have to look hard to see them.  Plate is in almost new condition.  Please message with any questions.  Thank you!
